After years of working in the real estate business Terry Slowe finally built his dream-come-true.
He worked very hard to build you this second home: apartments full of color and alive, equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
The apartment building is located in the Triumph Area of Beter Verwagting, an important suburban village, about 10 minutes from Georgetown the capital of Guyana. The site is on the east coast of the Demerara River. It is adjacent to the sugar estate La Bonne Intention. The Dutch name Beter Verwagting literally means “better expectation”.
Terry and his team surely hope to fulfill your expectations with all the good things they have to offer.
The recently opened apartment building has been at your service since March 2022. The six apartments are built according to modern-day standards, with everything at hand to make a comfortable and pleasant second home. The fresh colors and roomy atmosphere with a comfortable Caribbean-style interior will immediately make you feel at leisure.
Feeling safe and secure is one of our important goals. We therefore have taken all possible measures to make you feel that way. We also would like you to enjoy the peaceful environment to the max, so we offer massages and we have a mini-gym available for your workouts to stay fit. And we have bikes available to explore this part of the country.
Our location is near a wide range of useful facilities, to add to your comfortable stay. We are close to the Ogle Airport, the University of Guyana, the Convention Center, The Guyana School of Agriculture, several restaurants, casinos, a swimming pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. A visit to the capital is only ten minutes away. Car rental service is available.
We gladly arrange for the Airport Shuttle.
You will find our two and three- bedrooms fully furnished suites comfortably and useful for either long or short-term stays.
